Feng Shui Tip of the Month-LOVE

The upper right hand corner/section of your home when standing facing the entrance is the kun section, or the marriage/partnership, motherhood section. See Bagua under home consultation page. The element for this section is earth. The colors for this section are pink, and also red. Plants, flowers, stones/crystals which represent the earth element are very auspicious and represent growth and nurturing of your current partnerships. Placement of these things in your partnership section and setting your intention for your relationships will definitely change the energy for the better.

1.  Finding Love- a cure for someone who would like to attract a partner can light a candle in this area; pink, (color of love, partnership) or vanilla, (the scent-Vanilla, opens your heart chakra). Wearing the color Peach is alluring and represents seductiveness. Wearing Pink opens your heart chakra and denotes readiness to “wear your heart on your sleeve.”

2.  To enhance your current marriage, write a small note of your intention for your relationship (ie: “May we find forgiveness and may we honor and always trust one another from this day forward”, “Rekindling romance and deep intimate love be ours to share”, “May we become more together than we are apart”-great for a new relationship. – tape this note to the back of a picture of the two of you (No one else). Place it in a frame in the relationship section of your bedroom, dresser or nightstand.

3.  Master Bedroom- Keep this area uncluttered, clutter is a real no-no-no. Only keep pictures of the two of you. Children and extended family photos can go elsewhere. Make your bedroom a space to nurture yourself and your partner. Other good feng shui sense- If you’ve had your mattress in previous relationships, toss it and buy a new mattress. It will sub-consciously affect you. I call it “bed karma”.

4.  If you can see the toilet from where either of you lie in bed, make sure you keep the toilet lid down and door closed.

5.  Under the Bed- Anything in your energy field affects the quality of your sleep, so clear under your bed and give a nice vacuum. ☺
